Are Free Weights Right For Me?

There is no question that free weights work.  The better question is: can you work them?

Some people can do math with a pen and paper others need a calculator and others need an accountant.  Do whatever it take to make exercise convenient and safe.  If you don’t understand the exercise movements and how your muscles and joints work you would probably be better off with a machine.
